Activated Charcoal is a natural internal detoxifier popularly used to help cleanse the body of unwanted materials that can lead to purification and gas or excess flatus.

Directions 

As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules, after eating or as needed. Do not exceed 16 capsules per day . 

Warnings 

Do not take charcoal with any other medicine. Take your dose of charcoal at least 2 hours before or 1 hour after a dose of any other medicine. Charcoal binds to other drugs and reduces their effectiveness, which could become dangerous.

Activated Charcoal may absorb medications (such as heart drugs or birth control) if taken at the same time. Consult a physician if you are taking drugs as this dietary supplement may interfere with their effectiveness. It is suggested to allow at least one hour after or two hours before taking any medication. May Cause darkening of the stool. If pregnant nursing or on medication, consult with your healthcare practitioner.
